Over the past year now I've been writing songs here and there as I feel the push...which I don't very often. I don't feel called to be a worship leader and there are just too many others out there so much more qualified...but I love to write and create new songs and new music. So I write. It's not much but it ministers to me...and hopefully it ministers to you once in a while.

I am reposting a song from last year that I wrote and that we currently sing here at First Assembly of God, Marble Falls Texas. I am also posting a couple more I have been working on...I hope you like it...but more than that...I hope it ministers to you!

We Sing Glory; I wrote this song last year when I first arrived in Marble Falls. While driving a van for the children's ministry, I got a grand view of the brokenness of the family unit. The majority of the children that are attending our church are missing either a father or a mother in their home.

So We Go; This song came about due to an intense view I have on the command "Go" that Christ gives in Acts 1:8. Jesus said "go" to the demons and they fled. He tells us to "go" today and many disobey. I don't want to stand before Christ in judgement and the demons have a greater obedience record than I do. Just saying...

Forever Yours; Just wrote this today. Weird right? This year has been weird and that is an understatement. In all of the transition, however, I found peace at the Cross. I reaffirmed my appointment in Him...and I'm thankful and desire that my entire life be devoted to Him forever.

("So We Go" & "Forever Yours" are both in the rough stages right now...)
