I have to admit that I am loving the Olympics and after last nights relay swim who can blame me. If you missed it, I have (hopefully) pasted a working link below to some video reliving the moment.

What was so awesome about this event is that except for one individual on the American team, the rest are not so easily known. They are great swimmers, but they don't have huge credentials in the Olympics. Listen to the American announcer basically say he doesn't believe we can win and cast his opinion toward the French team. Crazy, huh?

Moments like these remind me of God. Overwhelming odds, assurity of defeat, we'll just have to settle is what most people see. God vision is much more grand that that. God says you can do all things through Christ.

We say "We are not strong enough".
He says, "I am the strength of your heart".

We say, "I am scared."
He says, "I have not given you a spirit of fear, but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind."

This wasn't and isn't my only post for the day. To be honest I wasn't planning on writing anything like this, but I was inspired today by the American swim team to keep on trying and that God loves the underdog!

(Excuse me while I go rock out to Audio Adrenaline all day:)
